Q5 ride has gone harsh, need a second opinion before the dealer bill

My Q5's ride has gotten noticeably harsher over the past few months, and small bumps that used to be absorbed now go straight through the cabin. It's not throwing any warnings and the car still handles fine, but something has definitely changed. The dealer wants to replace a whole list of suspension components, which feels like they're working through a menu rather than diagnosing the actual cause. I'm near Sheikh Zayed Road so I've been looking for the Best Audi suspension garage near Sheikh Zayed Road to get a second opinion before committing to anything. Has anyone had a similar decline in ride quality on a Q5 and what did it turn out to be? I'd rather spend on a proper diagnosis than replace parts that might not be the issue.
