Wrangler steering wobble is terrifying, where do I take it?
My Wrangler has developed a death wobble that hits when I go over certain bumps at highway speed, and honestly it scared me enough that I pulled over the first time it happened. I know this is a known issue on Wranglers but I don't know what's actually causing it on mine, could be the track bar, the steering stabiliser, ball joints, or a combination. I'm in Musaffah so I've been looking at Jeep Service Musaffah, but I want to know if this is something a specialist can actually diagnose properly rather than just replacing the stabiliser and hoping. Has anyone had death wobble on their Wrangler and what actually fixed it? Also, is it safe to drive while I sort this out, or should I be avoiding highway speeds entirely until it's fixed?
